go to my local gym for that - their running machines aren't much cop tho - keep breaking them especially when I reach the 20KPH mark - one went up in smoke on me the other day!!! oooops!!!
I don't have any machines, but I do have some equipment. I have a GoFit Ultimate Pro Gym, which is stretch cords with handles and a way to lock into a door. It fits easily in my suitcase and take it when I travel and use it in the hotel room. I also have the as advertised on TV Iron Gym Pull-up Bar. It is removable and mounts on a door frame, but I just use it at home and don't take it with me on trips. Mostly, I just do push-ups and squats and walk.
No yet ,I go to the military hospital gym ,and love one machine there ,that must be awfu expensive ,but I'm looking at a cycle type like the one in the pic.
it's Still new .. Umm It's Better To Sale it .. Who want to buy ? ;) :D
