Not sure of the point of your statement, I am a capitalist, I do not eat at McDonalds, I think you seem to believe that Capitalism is the system the United States has used, you are mistaken....

Capitalism is a system of property ownership, read the quote under the picture, read it a few times, let it sink in, if you do not own property, you do not own yourself, if you do not own yourself you are a slave....

The choices are Capitalism or Slavery...

Capitalism has not really existed other than pocket societies for hundreds if not thousands years, and never in the United States....

We had 1/2 capitalism for the first few decades, but after that it has been systematically decreased...

Hase, then perhaps I am unaware of the true meaning of capitalism. But what I was brought up with in the country for 60 years has been professed to me to be capitalism.

I was also brought up being told that America is a democracy, and then just a few years ago, I find out that America is really a Republic. So, definition is in the personal dictionary of the beholder.

Silky, I too was brought up being taught that we were a Democracy and a Capitalist one.
One day it hit me like a ton of bricks, and at that time I realized the Pledge of Allegiance says.....and to the Republic for which it stands....Have a blessed day.
