Yeah I use to but now I think they're a little covered by my tummy xD ..I don't work out that much hehe...it's still all good I mean I'm a teen girl I don't need some ''serious'' abs...but I am workin out again cause I just feel better that way =)
yes, 53 yr. with the same stomach that i had coming out of boot camp 35 years ago. Admittedly not as defined as the photo above. But that was never my intention. Good diet, walks and at least light exercise daily...
Well all have abs.
My haven't looked anywhere as go as the guy in the photo in thirty years, but then I was walking an average of 5 miles a day, had a job with a lot of running and standing, and at school had phys ed three times a week and for vanity reason did some exercise to tone them.
An unhappy reality is, at least for men, they are difficult to train as the response slowly and it's the first place weight visible accumulates, which is why powerlifters and Olympic lifters often have untoned mid-sections, they don't spend much time on them. They really should, because good abs do much to support your back.
have u ever touched a gues abs
