i have a neighbor that lives in a studio apartment with her 3 young kids and dog, she has a 55 inch tv but cant afford beds for the kids, her friends that come to visit drive brand new bmws and other expensive cars, so obviously shes not poverty stricken, they dont believe in trash bags or being quiet at nite. so yes, i would actually pay the extra 700 a month so the rom is empty and they would leave

so in return they get to listen to whatever i am listening to all weekend tv-on-blast.net

That's horrible!! Anyone that kills animals are lower than low. I think I'd set up cameras around my property and try to catch them in the act. It's just wrong that they keep getting away with that crap. I really hope you can prove their evil actions and get them put away. They deserve prison for what they've done to you. I'm so sorry you have to go through that.

Thank you so much, I could not agree more. Had an entire security system, he cut the wires. Had it repaired and he threw the breaker to the house and screwed up the whole system. Finally ended up the computer the system was attached to, would not even work anymore. He thinks it is hilarious they have gotten away with so much. They even got to the veterinarian who did the necropsy on my mare, and don't know what they did to him, but he will not help us, is afraid of them. They use him for their dogs, and it was a huge mistake to have him do the necropsy. But, he was the only one available, and time was crucial, because of the tissues changing. The vet who was here when she died was unable to come back to do the necropsy. So the neighbors won again. Sheriff needs more evidence to take to the DA and they know this. Just criminal. To harm this innocent mare, is so sickening, I can still barely even talk about it. She did nothing to anyone, she was kind to all. And for them to intentionally kill her w/ poison, well, I am sure if there is a hell, they will rot in it. Thank you for your kind words!

Gosh...I feel so bad for you. What cowards they are to poison helpless animals. I'm such an animal lover and I'm a huge horse lover. I'd be afraid to leave my animals alone for a second with those demons around. I hope and pray that you find a way to beat them at their own game. They deserve way more than the courts will probably dish out to them tho. We need stiffer laws for problem people like that. They need to feel the pain you, your family and your animals are feeling. I know Karma's a bitch, and they'll get there's eventually, but sooner would be waaaay better than later! I hope you get help soon!!

We barely leave the place. I have even paid someone to stay here and watch the horses, just so I could take my daughter to the doctors one day. It is crazy. I am with you, they are complete cowards. Since your a horsey person... you probably familiar with the breed of my mare who was killed. She was a beautiful Friesian. Mother and Father both from Holland. She was elegant and kind hearted and absolutely beautiful. How anyone could do this to an innocent animal, is incomprehensible to me. And worse, if possible, is they have animals they adore. But, they are very sick, very controlling people and the man wanted to make his point clear with me that he rules over here and I need to be very afraid of him. Completely crazy whacked people. If we could sell and get out of here, we would in a flash... but can not, no one will buy, and especially with him as a neighbor. So for the meantime we are stuck.

Too bad you couldn't afford to donate your property to one of those viscious motorcycle gangs to use as their clubhouse. lol Then you'd see who needs to be afraid of who - or hire the gang to scare the terrors into them. Tell neighbour you can't help it if your brother or cousin in the gang has a hatey for them. lol

Wireless surviellance is now available - nothing to cut - or as I mentioned, hire a private eye to watch for a bit. What they're doing is more than illegal, it's criminal and the sheriff should be able to catch them - tell them to do their job.

Get video surveillance, it's affordable now and cameras can be very small and well hidden and have night vision. That'll get the evidence you need, so well worth the trouble of putting them up. That's so sad losing the horses and dogs. They're heartless creeps obviously. You've paid so much in legal fees now that it might even be worth paying a private eye to sit out there for a couple nights and take pics of them coming across and getting into mischief - that would put them away in jail and out of your hair.

Thank you for your suggestions! I love the motorcycle gang idea.. and honestly, thought of seeing if I could invite those guys over here..( if I knew some!)

Did the hidden cameras.... and that SOB came over and cut the wires and turned all the cameras upside down too.

Re did them, and he pulled the power to the house. Never ends.

I got some of the battery operated game cameras to hide.... and according to the sheriff.,.. neighbor has cameras on me, so he was watching me hiding my cameras. Knows where he can walk and not. And this property is very difficult to get 360 degree views.... heavy forest in all directions... excepting from the neighbors house to ours. He cut the trees to open his view of us.

Now my ex moved in... and things are quiet. I guess I have to take the good with the bad. :)

Did you try the wireless cameras? If the sheriff knows he has cameras trained on your property, why isn't he doing his job? That's illegal and it comes under stalking laws. He can train cameras onto his own house and property but not onto someone else's as it's an invasion of your privacy - why don't you mention that to the sheriff? Sheriff needs to be doing something about that instead of just telling you about it - sounds like a coward to me. Don't know if I'd invite the gang to your house or it could backfire on you but I'd sure make them a paid offer to scare the bejeebers out of that creep and let him know that one more word from you and they'll be back pronto with twice the wallop. He needs to think you have a relative in the gang so that it matters to them what he does to you.
I sure wish you luck Dana, and I feel for you. You shouldn't have to put up with your ex just to try and get some peace in your life. Let's hope your ex hasn't put him up to that just so he could move back in with you - you sure he isn't behind it?
You could offer free room and board to a biker gang member instead of your ex if you can, providing the biker won't have all the gang over there on a regular basis.

But, my worthless... by then $12,000 attorney sat there like a weak lump of nothing. My ex sat there too. And neighbors got everything they wanted. All I got was them paying for a new road into my property, where my neighbors wanted it no less... taking out probably 80 trees... and cutting my horses pasture in half... oh my,... I could go on and on... but well... having this ass living here, is at least better than dealing with the ass next door and having him over here causing more harm to my animals.

So sorry Dana - I think if it were me, I'd cut my losses, kick the sorry ass ex out, because that's what he is.....an ex,.....sell to someone else just to be rid of them and have my peace and let the next poor suckers have to deal with those mafia turds. It would be worth your peace and peace of mind as well. This way the neighbour owns your land and owns you as well. Otherwise, it'll wear you down and make you old. I'd still try to contact one of the most feared motorcycle gangs and find out if they're interested in buying a property at discount for their clubhouse......I'd take such satisfaction in that......you might be able to find them on the internet!!! Thanks Kitty! I wish I could... all the above! (My ex now legally owns half the house...) so can not get him to move out, and if I leave, I lose everything and have to start from scratch again. Trust me.. I have considered it many times and if I can get ahead financially, I will be putting money away to move the hell out of here ASAP!

Love the motorcycle gang idea... had thought of it so many times... thinking if I saw some of them in a parking lot, offer them all the beer they want, to just come out here and hang out for an afternoon!

They probably think they have to "save" you! I used to live next to a crooked pastor and his family, and they would do all their book burning w/ huge bonfires, leaping 20 feet in the air. That was in San Diego in the east, highly volatile fire area year round, but this nut got away with it because his fires were for religious reasons. After we move the whole place went up in flames and the house I had burned to the ground. Always wondered if that nut was the cause.

HeHe... I agree!! I have one neighbor next door that drinks and watches football and you can hear her screaming and cussing even with our doors and windows shut!! But we've learned to accept that during football season. Otherwise they're great neighbors and we get along just fine. That's about the only complaint that I have about my neighbors...except the ones on the other side of us. They lean all kinds of heavy stuff against our wood fence and have loosened all the posts to the point that its ready to fall over. But that's nothing compared to some of the complaints I've read here. I'm relatively lucky with my neighbors!!!

That must be so hard to live with too. I do not understand why people can just plain not leave people alone to have their peace! We all deserve our peace and tranquility and to feel safe in our own homes. But, many people are so disrespectful, and it seems that this is just plain becoming more the norm. Shameful.

Why isn't there a no answer. My neighbors right now are actually nice. And even the ones that used to bug me I would just ignore them and keep my distance. Seriously if you see a neighbor you don't like than just keep your distance. It works for me.

I have one sort of nasty neighbor left. But our worst neighbor moved out a couple years ago. The worst neighbor had pit bulls that would get loose. One attacked a dog that almost died. Another attacked the owner and she almost died. I think they might have been drug dealers but I can't be at all sure of that.
