I was going to list them below, but I'd be here all day and as for when I started on the blended ones, would run out of computer space.
So I have done the simplest split, single malt and blended.
Apart from the taste, the other thing I love about it, is some of the bottles are absolutely beautiful.

If you are talking about Scotch, you don't spell it 'whiskey'

Must confess that one. For the life of me I couldnt remember if it had one or not. After your post I double checked my Whyte & Mackay bottle, you are correct no e. I was mortified. At my local garage I saw a Jack Daniels with an e. So I understood why I couldnt remember.

If you are talking about Scotch WHISKY, a single malt such as Glennfiddich or Johnny Walker Black Label, definitely are my choice. But then, on the American side, I like Jack Daniel's Single Malt WHISKEY
