I used to go to the movies pretty often but now that the prices are jacked up so high I'm not nearly as interested. I'll still go for major films like The Avengers and the new Batman movie, but otherwise I'll wait for it to arrive on DVD or Netflix.

I love going to the theater, but I only go a few times a year because it can get expensive. Most of the time I wait for the DVD release.

depends what movie, if it's like permetheus (<3 alien) then cinema but if it's like harry potter and the deathly hallows, dvd

I usually wait till they hit cable. Often you get better quality that way anyway. I liked Total Recall until I saw the foul-mouthed version of it.

I love to go to the theater with my daughter we will make plans to go see a movie but she is very busy therefore we usually watch it together when it comes out on DVD I think I will find someone else to go with instead of waiting.

You got a wonderful relationship with your daughter. Going to movie with a friend if she can't make it sounds great, and you can still watch on DVD with your daughter later on. =)

Quite frankly ..
haven't been able to afford to go to a Movie Theater for some time ..
(just too expensive indeed .. )
IF there was something worthy ..
I would wait until the DVD Came out ..
and purchase the DVD so that my children and I could enjoy it in our home .. at about 1/3 the price of going to the theater!
