school tomorrow, aware of the late hour, still go to bed late, but I have those sessions, in winter I can wintersleep for real and summer, sometimes only 3h or 6h
I wake up several times during my "sleep" startled by something or another and it takes ages for me to get back to sleep because of the adrenaline rush and anxiety.
It really appears as if few people these days do get enough sleep. Some blame it on wifi with all the bad vibes out there traveling around. This would not surprise me at all.

I get around 4 to 5 hours now, and when at college around 2 to 3 hours. So no I don't.
