- Patent1 2012/11/23 03:03:57no+1Actually, I had noticed several years ago that people's faces tend to droop as they age. Particularly around and at the corners of the mouth. Since the face includes a number of muscles, it occurred to me that by exercising these muscles, one could maintain a pleasant countenance as they age. So I invented a facial exercise. Smile in rapid succession 5 times, and hold the 5th smile for 5 seconds. Repeat 20 times 3 times a day at first. Build up to 100 times a day. I tried it and sure enough, over time, my mouth began to turn up at the corners, and reversed the trend of my entire face to droop. Now, I have more of a smile all the time, as the muscle tone in my face has returned.reply

- Fashionable60s 2012/11/22 17:35:38Undecided+1I try not to put more creases between my eye brows. Very aging and those vertical lines between the brows are not attractive. Being human, yes, I do frown occasionally when the occasions warranted it so, yes, I do have creases but just a few.reply

- Mya Faire 2012/11/22 16:53:58Undecided+1I used to frown a lot when I was younger because I had to squint to see. I guess squinting and frowning are linked. Now, I have a deep wrinkle between my eyebrows, but thankfully no frown lines. These days, I smile much more often than I frown. Although I do still occasionally glower.reply
