Do you find seat belts uncomfortable?

No, they're usually plenty adjustable.

Most of the time no, ive ridden in a few cars though where they were but even so I wont go without it. The belts in my Nissan are those automatic ones that strap you in when the car is turned on and they are super comfortable.
