In my mind I feel 30 but when I look in the mirror I'm reminded I'm not, even when I eat out and given the senior citizens discount it's hard for me to believe I qualify.

I LOOK quite a bit younger than my actual age too, I'm constantly asked if I'm a college freshman. I'm 24!

I know women who are 5-7 years younger than me,and they look way older.My best friend is 1 year older than me and she looks 20 years older than me.
When i met her,i was 47...i thought she was at least 65...i was shocked when she told me she was 48.
We are 62 and 63,now.

There's days where it is a challenge ..
(physically .. with my disabilities)
to get started and moving ..

But most of the time ..
I just work through it ..
and my mind is still very active ..
I enjoy still being outdoors and doing my chores
I love nature .. and culture .. so many things ..

The years piled one on the other ..
but it is just a number ..
for the spirit says ..
"Youngster" ..

It all depends. Sometimes I feel great, full of energy and ready to conquer the world. Other days I feel like I'm about two weeks out of warranty.

Age is only a number. If you are healthy and in good shape; then, you'll feel younger than you are. Unfortunately, mirrors tell the ugly truth...try to avoid them at all costs. :)

I know the feeling, the brain says I am younger but the mirror screams "you are as old as dirt". I don't mind Senior discounts, I wish there was one on gas.
