Do you feel obligated to answer every SH mail piece you receive?

Not anymore. I'm a newby and at first felt obligated to respond to everyone who wrote me. But now I have gotten some really mean, nasty, inappropriate pieces and I just erase them. I never mean to offend anybody but it's not possible to be true to yourself and not offend some other people. The really scary comments I've gotten I simply block now and move on because there are so many really, really good people on here too.

    No. I have ignored a few. I have only been a member since yesterday, but I have had some sexually inappropriate ones. I ignore them.

    I respond to every piece of mail I receive, but I've never been sent anything mean or nasty. I was harassed by someone a few years back, but it wasn't cruel, just annoying. (Only person I've ever just ignored). I don't answer every question shared with me, though. That would take too much time and effort: not worth it.

    there are simply some posts that i am not interested in answering.
    plus, there's always so many being sent to me at a time, i doubt it would be possible for me to find enough time to answer them all.
