I have to admit I've payed homage to a few of my favourite songs by making silly lyrics for them. Though I often do parody lyrics for the songs I don't like haha XD

When other people are singing Happy Birthday and it's someone that I don't particularly like, I sing (quietly) ...

Happy Birthday to you
Stick your nose in the shampoo
You look like a monkey
And you smell like one too!

In my head I sing over the lyrics to songs that annoy me with better lyrics, to make them sound less annoying.

I don't, but I will sing misheard lyrics.

There's a NIN song (Every Day is Exactly the Same), where the line is "I think I used to have a purpose", but it sounds like "I think I used to have a porpoise".

And an Elliott Smith song (Condor Ave) that goes "I don't know what to do with your clothes or your letters", but I hear "I don't know what to do with your clothes or your lettuce" so that's what I sing ^_^
