Yes, I used to say it once in awhile. Now, I never do, and if I hear my grandkids say it, I correct them and explain why. How did that stupid saying get started anyway?

I actually had a teacher who taught equality and supported gay marriage and he told us all to say "that's straight" or "homophobia is gay" if someone insulted the gay community
