For me, it's something I've never paid attention to. It didn't exist when I joined SH and I still think the whole idea of points/levels/leaderboard is ridiculous.

lolol~The only time i do that is when someone sends a friends request...the "i saw you listed as a top raver...blah blah blah.
When i go see where i'm listed,it's usually 462 and up.lololol~

I see the leaderboard every day....its on the left of where ALL the NEW questions get posted "live"....or if you know how to use the dating system of sodahead....you can post date your questions for specific dates.

I do sometimes because I've received friend requests from people saying they saw me on the leader board. Those kind of requests are normally denied.

this is true, but surely there's no fun in competing with people who don't want to compete lol. if people want to measure their 'success' by comparing to other people's merit then so be it. but fair play, i'm not saying the leaderboard is wrong or anything :)

Nevertheless, I have just come across someone who felt that he was much better than another because he was on level 20 and the person against whom he was making the comparison was only on level 6!

I think the whole points thing is a bad idea. People are raving each other to get higher in ranks, which shouldn't matter because we're all here to share our ideas.

I get about 3-5 request a day...I saw that you are one the highest ravers...makes me want to stop raving people. I wish they would get rid of that leaderboard. Sick of being bugged. lol
