But i'm going to have to start. I found out yesterday that I have hypoglycemia, and if I start feeling bad, peanut butter is good and fast acting.

of course i bloody do, thats the best part of peanut butter is sticking your finger in the jar and pulling out a big knob of peanut butter and shoving it down ur throat

Great Question. Heck yes, I eat peanut butter out of the jar. I usually take a teaspoon, but sometimes I just use a celery stick.
