This would be a regional question I suspect.
Where I'm from and on up in to the Maritimes, traditionally, the noon meal is dinner, and the evening meal is supper. Therefore, it would go: breakfast, dinner, supper in those traditional pockets.
Answering the question, I've never eaten a breakfast meal for my evening meal, though sometimes when family gets together for breakfast, we'll eat later and have a brunch.

It's Ramadan right now so I 'break fast' after sundown when I hang out with the Sufis.
my kids have always liked breakfast dinner...
what's wrong w/ eggs, pancakes and bacon for dinner???
also - what's wrong w/ a turkey sandwich and chips or a salad w/ garlic toast for breakfast. my stomach doesn't know what time it is and sometimes i just want dessert and skip the dinner all together :-)
Actually a 'Full Breakfast' primes your body with slow-release energy to get you through the day & you'll burn the bulk of the fat. if you eat late at night, your body will sock the fat in storage instead & if done too much, may contribute to obesity. It's better to abate eating after 7:00PM.
put "lard in your loins" while being active after such
redistributes it where the body can burn it off.
Shift work ain't the greatest for Mind or Body,
but that's your pick. Be well.
Best to you!!!
the fat will inflate your 'spare tyre'.
