Been eating alot of soups lately.Do not want to gain back the 40 pounds lost.But there are foods I cannot go without.

Yeah, get those too. Try not to have crap in the house. I get those Dryers frozen fruit bars for when I get that craving, but last night had an ice cream bar.
I eat mostly healthy and exercise all the time, so an ice cream bar shouldn't kill me.
I know that cancer loves sugar and so I have cut back considerably on it.

I'll avoid fried foods on occasion, but being raised on Southern cooking, I don't plan to change my whole menu anytime soon.

I never eat fried food either. ohhh yea that southern cooking will get ya, i totally understand. I love it but cant eat it. iv had to change my whole menu for sure. love love love good ole fried chicken on sundays, with mashed taters and green beans and corn and biscuts with honey.......but now its. grilled chicken with no skin, baked tater, fresh greens no corn and no bread lol.....whew killin a sourthern girl is easy lol lmao

after losing 110 LBS in 2008 i have been eating healthy since than and have kept my weight off and would never not eat healthy cause it would make me sick

I do eat sugared stuff, however I have to bake it myself. Don't know if something for this exists or not but I'm paranoid of chemicals. Soda, processed foods, cleaning products (I use gloves and a face mask when using cleaners). I hate consuming items with massive amounts of chemicals. Because of this, most of the time I eat healthy.

Only had sushi once or twice.Remembered the first time when a friend brought some to a party,and the dipping sause.He said the warning after I had eaten it.Said it was super spicy & hot.
