I know it's not very healthy, but I love sugary cereal and I can eat at any time. But I don't get it very often.

I eat at any time if i am craving it. I once went a whole week eating cereal because i was tired of food.

I used to eat it a lot more than I do now. But since they are cutting the sugar out of it I don't eat as much because it doesn't taste as good.

Cereal should not be considered a stand alone breakfast food. Protein is what gets one's metabolism going for the day and will help in weight control. I eat cereal as something to snack on, rather than the empty calories of cakes, cookies, chips, etc. Potato chips are a waste to manufacture. It takes 3 pounds of potatoes to make one pound of chips.

Although I am grown up I still like to get the multi-packs of little boxes. So much fun. My grandfather used to open a couple of different ones and pour them in the same bowl he was such a nut haha.
