I drink loads! Pint after pint, every day! I take loads of exercise, I drink booze 'til it comes out of my ears, I have loads of coffee, and I'm a naturally 'hot-blooded' person. I need to drink about 8 pints of water a day just to keep from shrivelling up!
Often I do not take the time to take the drink I need, so when it goes on too long I suffer from migranes and other physical problems. My doctor says 3 liters a day is the minimum I should drink.

But anyways, I"m probably dehydrated. I've only had 2 cups of water this week. :/
