I'm not a serial dater anyway. I don't date just to date and chase skirt. If I meed a lady who is awesome I will try my damndest to spend time with her and get to know her and go from there but I'm not a real, "oh it's saturday, I need a date" kinda guy.

(Sad fact is .. the single guys (*truly single .. and not just trolling around))

Not a life-mate .. not a spouse .. (not even a date .. )
More like 'interviewing'
their next one to live off of in comfort indeed ..
then they "WONDER" why not even dated ..

That is sad! Have you tried eharmony or any of those sites, I was thinking about it but in all honesty dating isn't that high a priority right now and I am not sure I could deal with anyone who was carrying excess emotional baggage with them. I have run into that several times in the past and it gets old in a hurry.
