I am at stage in my life where I don't care and I am completely comfortable with it. It was not the case growing up, and I am so glad that is so long gone. I know some entertainment professions do rely highly on others' opinions on one's looks, but minus that exception, does it matter?

So do you care about others' thoughts on your looks? Be honest please!

    no I don't care what ours think about my looks. as long as we all dress decently so we don't offend someone I have no problem with how someone dresses

    I care what the one I love thinks about my looks. Also I would never leave my house without trying to look my best but if someone does not like the way I look then I don't let it bother me as that's their loss. The people who say they don't care I bet they would never leave their house without first trying to make sure they looked some what presentable which means in a small way they do care.

    Somedays I care a lot about what others think about my appearance but a majority of the time I'm concerned with other things instead.

    In a way, yes. I care if I am perceived as unkempt, sloppy or dirty. When you don't take care of yourself or try to look put together no matter what your "look" is, it gives off the impression that you have no self respect. As far as my physical looks being liked or not, well, there is nothing I can do about that so there is no use in caring.

    I don't care what I look like for around the house and when I go out to do something. The only time is when I'm at work because it's a restaurant.

    I'm not going to burst into tears if someone thinks I look ugly, nor will I become depressed if a cute guy isn't interested in me, but I do care about the image I present to the world. I enjoy getting complements, and I refuse to dress like a slob. You don't have to like my outfits, but they clearly weren't pulled out of the dirty laundry bin of a hobo.
    If you use them right and present yourself correctly, looks can help you get far ahead in life. I've never been refused entrance to a place for looking sloppy or improper.

    Oh hell no.

    I used to be made fun of for my looks; it was commonplace for me to be told that I'm too pale or that I look "emo" because of my paleness and my dark hair back in elementary and middle school. So I USED to care, and all of these remarks got me to hate my appearance, but I grew to love it. And I honestly feel that if someone doesn't like how I look or dress, tough, because I'm going to do what I want anyway. :3
