Scientifically speaking, 151,600 people die each day (www.wholesomewords.org). I guess death decides that taking one would make that person lonely, so he takes another so that they can have someone to be there with them.
I'm so sorry for your losses. Three that close can be devastating, take good care my friend. And, yes, my family also ascribed to the 'death comes in 3's' theory. Seems to work to me, unfortunately.

For me, death has always come in threes. It's sad to say, but when one dies... I wait for two more.
