I personally believe in God and have accepted Him into my life. I know that He is real in my life but I can't help but be curious as to what others believe in. I'd like to know where your faith lies or whether you have any at all.

I also believe in the Holy Bible. It's a guide that He left us to use on Earth. I know many people disregard its worth but it really is a treasure and a source of comfort in the world we live in today.

Now most of the people who will bother to answer this question will either come with support for Him or find a way to shoot Him down and call Him a fake. Now there are only two answers to choose from. No inbetween about it so you have to either be 100% in or 100% out.

    I do not believe in god because there is more scientific evidence for evolution than creationism. there is no evidence for the great flood, it would be impossible for a man to build a giant ark to hold all the animals. there are terrible things said and commanded in the bible that after reading you ask yourself: "even if there is a god do I really like him?" if you want a list of contradicitions and terrible passages from the bible ask me or read Leviticus chapter 20 which commands us to kill all homosexuals and everyone who commits adultery. in another passage god asks us to kill all the people that work on the sabbath day. millions of people work on this day, if we killed them earth would be severly under populated. also what god talks about is ridiculous such as in leviticus chapter 18 or 19, can't remember, where he asks us to kill animals so that he will forgive us for our sins. the bible also says that if you pray god will answer your prayers. pray right now, pray for a subway sandwich to magically appear in front of you. if you are faithful to the lord than it should appearr according to a specific passage. if you want to know ask me. also god is racist and sexist. he considers women less then men, again, if curious ask me. god doesn't condemn slavery, he never says it'...

    wow. thats a lota info to process. ur probably a college person because i feel like my heads gonna explode right now. @_@ but yeah u do make some good points that i really dont kno wat kind of comebacks could counter them but wat i think is that wen Jesus was crucified all that complicated stuff became invalid since he was the perfect sacrifice. ...buts thats just wat i think. the bible is jus a guide after all. im not the kind of person who goes off and starts saying "OMG! i cant believe u didnt say ur prayers last night! ur going to hell!" or some ridiculous stuff like that. im a christian who believes in God and thats it. u could tell me watever u want about 'data' and 'hard facts' and 'evolution' but im just going to stick to my faith and see where that takes me. also i think its weird that scientists think that we came from monkeys. :-/

    Well basically it's when you beleive but the doubts are very strong. it's like you believe, but you feel like you need proof. i lean more on the athiesim side tho. i change religions alot. i really like the religon buddisit but i like were im at (:

    I'm sure there's always something that we didn't get done before company comes but it doesn't matter. It will be the same when He returns....one more person we wanted to lead to Him or one more book of the Bible that we wanted to read.... as long as we know Him as L-rd and Savior we are ready. I know of some people who have prayed a second time in repentance of life sins (not daily sins) just to be sure. Read the end of the book of John... where John records these things have I written that ye may know that you are the children of G-d. Have a blessed day.
