Evolution does not involve belief. It is a scientific theory - the best model so far using the evidence available.
Asking if someone "believes" in evolution is silly. Evolution through natural selection seems to be what's happening . . . . it's the best explaination so far.
Do you believe in evolution?

the evidence is there. "belief" is unnecessary.
aamof, I have heard the argument put forth by creationists that The Great Flood caused it to LOOK as if dinosaurs were here millions of years before humans because all those huge dinosaurs sank deeper into the mud than the smaller human bones did.
of course, the people putting forth this viewpoint conveniently ignored the fact that many dinosaur species were the size of modern chickens.
they also argued that "God did it on purpose so that people WOULD THINK that dinosaurs came first."
easier, I suppose, to believe in a God that would purposely lie to you than to take the evidence at face value.
that's a whole lot of "believing" going on but not much fact checking.
I hope they are proud of the lies, hatred and stupidity they are spreading.
when the creationists come up with compelling evidence THAT CAN BE VERIFIED and doesn't take an act of faith to accept it, it can then take its place among the scientific fields. until then - - not so much.
and this is from someone who believes in a greater intelligence behind it all -- so I'm not coming at it from a "what you see is what you get" perspective. but science is science and religion is religion. they both deserve to have their own fields - not be hybridized.
