If Big Brother is watching all of us, they're watching thousands of men jerking off right now, listening in on all the exciting lives of teenagers and people who still think they're teenagers, and they're probably about to kill themselves from everything they're watching because it's all so damn idiotic and disgusting.

I don't know, but I do believe they have the capability and the thug mentatlity to "watch all of us - but if they DO watch all of us 24/7, they have far too much time on their hands and we should fire at least half the personnel we citizens pay.
