ok i ahve some regrets but i dont drink or smoke to forget my past i just smoke to get away from reality for a while.. reality BITES THE BIG ONE >M<

These things might help you forget the past but they only ADD to your problems in the long run.
Weed reduces your IQ which, considering the fact that one smoked the stuff at all, couldn't have been too high in the first place.

I've Done Alot Of Thing's To Forget, I Drink, I Smoke And I Have And Am Doing Alot Of Drugs. Im Not Ashamed Of Any Of It, It Worked & Still Is Working, I Did So Much Stuff I've Messed My Memory Up Alot.

I don't drink alcoholic beverages. Besides you can't really forget the past. You need someone to talk to, maybe a therapist. I was told that the best method is to to talk about your fears, angers, etc. At least write them down.

I have never smoked and I don't drink anymore due to medications I take. But I have never drank to forget anything or try to deal with stress. I had a enjoyable time with wine and that's about it. Didn't drink to get drunk though.

I don't drink or smoke in general, but especially not to forget the past. Smoking and drinking doesn't make your problems disappear. Nothing really does. You just learn to cope with the past and do better in the future.

getting drunk or getting high to deal with problems just never made sense to me...I'm also to cheap to do that....it never made sense to drink a lot of beers only to pee dollars down the drain...
