Only if they don't want men leering at them every day. But I think many women DO enjoy the feeling of being gawked at.

yes, my older sister has DDs and her cleavage is almost always visible no matter what she wears.
she is very uncomfortable about the amount of leers from men she gets a day.
even when she wears turtlenecks she feels as if her breasts are on full display (obviously not the skin, but the size and shape are).

Very, I don't wear low cut tops at all. It works out quite well in regular tops....
