I spend most of myself by myself so I don't need to take time out for myself. I would be much happier if I had people I liked around.

of course find time for myself is to escape from everyone and let them know I have plan so hit to the beach and read book and quite time for myself sure it works good for me..

I need to at times. I know when I start to feel a little overwhelmed or stressed, an hour or more of me time to read and rest does the trick. I'm a million times better for my family and friends when I take care of myself.
