There are days when I wish it would rain, cause I like to just hang in the house, watching tv, or reading or whatever. Then there are those days when it rains for two or three days straight and you can't wait for the sun to shine again.
Sun and more Sun. Rain is ok, but it usually comes with gloomy days which I hate. Back in Wisconsin, it would be gloomy nad overcast for 9 or 10 straight days sometimes. To say the least, it was depressing. I dont miss it.
Sunny days are good too but there can be too many of them. Don't believe me? Ask the people in central Texas Praying for rain after more than 65 consecutive days of over 100 Degrees.
The rainy days fill our reservoirs and lakes. I got word two nights ago that O.C. Fisher Lake in San Angelo is officially dry, just a little puddle at the spillway.
