I prefer personality over all. Someone can be a smart a-hole, or even a beautiful, smart a-hole, but an ugly, stupid person with an awesome personality makes for a much more enjoyable companion.

I prefer beautiful brains. Actually, it completely depends on my relationship to the person. If I'm dating, marrying, debating, or conversing with the person, I prefer brains. If it's a one night stand, I'd prefer beauty, and to bang the brains right out of her. Of course, I've been married for 25 years, so the latter will never come into play.
