It's okay, until you realize that it's mostly just Bee Spit. Hence, it tastes like Chewing Tobacco . . . .Obviously, for that reason.

I prefer honey to sugar, and yes, I've been known to eat it plain on occasion. I especially like crystallized honey. If it weren't for my kids, the sugar would sit in its container for years.
