I was on a poll where so many "so-called Christians" were telling people that they are going to hell. I see no healing or saving, but only people being driven away from God... and I made this poll for those who have been told were going to
hell. For people who connect all Christians with hate and condemnation, let me tell you how Christians are supposed to treat others according to scripture...
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
~John 13:34-35
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.32Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? And I give everyone a good start in relationship. It can be break, but I don't ask people to prove they should have my respect. they have it and their acts can make them loose it

Of course, everyone knows you don't have to be a "good" person to be saved AS LONG AS YOU ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR! Is it any wonder that these "Christians" think they can treat everyone else like crap? They've convinced themselves they can get away with murder (think Mafia) as long as they "BELIEVE"! :-/
Just do good because it is the right thing to do. not because of after-death consequences

I don't know why you would even argue not pushing people away form God... You know deep down how God would feel about this, right?
I wasnt arguing, I was voicing a different opinion which isnt to say your wrong, nor do I assume Im right.
And no I would never be so presumptuous to assume i know what God is thinking about people I dont know but he does.
Regardless Im not going to argue about my faith or yours for that matter. You do what you think is right and I will do what i think is right and may God have mercy on us both.
