Sappy movies, sappy Hallmark Card commercials and sappy music all can make me cry.

I'll go ahead and admit it. I'm *that* confident in my own sexuality. When the English man walked up the hill and climbed down a mountain, I sniffled.

think they are sappy so don't knowingly go...Only thing that would get to me would be something happening to an animal - which is why I'm not going to see "The Grey" because I will end up rooting for the wolves

Especially when it's based on a true story and things work out good for the person who truly deserves it, or an animal, or a situation. This one was one of the best I've seen as far as an animal picture. It's a true story. She's a real dolphin who got a prosthetic tail. It's an awesome story.

Many years ago, when I was a child and saw "lassie, come home" i dissolved into a veritable sea of tears. If i were to once more see it at my now ancient age I have not the slightest doubt that i would react in exactly the same way as i did all those years ago.... Blub, blub, blub!!!!!

I clicked this because I usually cry easily in movies, but NOT romantic stuff. I would cry if a child died, in some happy moments too, but NEVER with silly couples >_<

Only if I watch a drama worth to cry about. I mean I hate these predictable dramas with a woman going away and the man running behind her, well that's ridiculous.

I cried in Lovely Bones and My Sister's Keeper :'(

IF I watched them I doubt it--I never liked sappy movies- My dgtrs would watch them and cry and I just didnt feel it. Give me an action, scary or mystery and I'm fine, but sappy not me.

Yes, but it has to be pretty sad and moving, though I was recently watching "The Bridges of Madison County" again and I have to say, it IS heart-wrenching during scenes toward the end. It's just that they depict the feelings between the two so well that we feel their pain.

Movies with animals always get me.. and I'll think "Uh-oh, it's a dog movie", knowing the inevitable.

I was completely incapacitated at the end of "Green Mile". Just saying I cried would be an understatement.

The movie "Up" actually made my tough former Marine husband tear up...which is more than I've ever seen him do, even at funerals.

Not over the sap, but sometimes excellent music or a certain situation can get me, but I NEVER blubber.
If I DO cry, there's usually a smile at the same time.
