Tina Fey is sick of people on Twitter wishing their friends a (very public) "Happy Birthday." Just email them, she says! And she's kind of right.

The "30 Rock" star and recent co-host of the Golden Globes shared her views on Twitter on a recent "Ask Tina" segment. Watch the video below for some funny lines (I can't do Tina justice, even if I tried) and then vote! Do you think people need a license to tweet, like Tina Fey does?

Who gives a damn about what Tina Fey thinks anyway? Nothing about celebrity means cerebral, as she so proves. What most people mean is "shut up and only listen to me and like minded people". I see stupid when I look at her.

Nonsense! Twitter is full of all sorts of people who tweet whatever the heck they feel like. It's not a fancy forum or an elite online group. It's meant for everyone old enough and able to use a computer.
