A gun by itself can't kill a person. It has to be held by what? A PERSON in order for it to kill, or it has to be rigged to something to make it kill.

but its the person behind the weapon of choice the gun doesnt do the killing its a tool used just like a nail doesnt drive its self a hammer of some kind must be used
