I think it makes them look distinguished and sexy too. Of course, I imagine there are plenty of gray haired men who look horrible too, but I think men, as well as women, tend to look better with a little gray, and a few years of wisdom behind them.Men to take longer to mature than women, so by the time they have that salt and pepper look, they are JUST right!
I love a man that is just graying or has total gray (white) hair... I think it's sexy.....and distinguished looking. Makes me notice them every time! :)
Why do men care about how they look? If a man has money, power and a sense of humor he can have any woman he likes. Look at some of the slobs these supermodels date.

I think men who are peppered are sexier than anything else, but grey hair works too if you know how to work it.
