No one can steal a soul. The killer or hater or human refusing to be like Jesus is will lose their soul, let it die. Repenting is the only way to save it making it right with whoever. Whoever is alive has a soul.
The most valuable things we have no man can touch no price can be given to them no law made against them in KJV,1 Corinthians 13, 4, and Galatians 5,22-23, and mercy. All of them are good. Non of them can be touched. They are the things in a soul of a human that has life in their soul not seen with physical eyes seeing them with spiritual eyes.
Humans that are physical will look for things that they can touch like the things they make discounting what they can't see. That is like discounting the universe, and all the things man did not make thinking of them as not being real.
