Denzel Washington in unstoppable, had parts literally filmed within inches of where I was living at the time...
He stopped and had a drink at a local bar as well
Absolutely!! In San Francisco. "Moving On" did a sequal in the same place where my office was located; they actually rented a loading dock from our neighbor and they also set up phony signs that we all laughed about; as they were not in Reno, Nevada, at all; but in San Francisco. LOL . . . Also, my late wife was the Coordinator for her office where she helped in the filming of one sequal of The Streets of San Francisco. She met Michael Douglas and she said that he was a very nice person. He liked to laugh and joke a lot. The other guy she said was not so sociable off the set. His name was Karl Malden. San Francisco used to get filmed a lot. I don't keep up with that kind of stuff any more. I don't know what they are doing. I don't have much use for Hollywood, personally. They just really do suck so much!! I don't mind telling you.
Not where I live, but I was in NYC at a conference for 3 days once and they were filming every night right across the street from where I was staying. I couldn't really see any of the actors from my window, and they didn't let anyone close enough on the street.
A Rip Torn film Murphy's Law in a small NJ town I lived in my cousin was an extra. But it didn't make it to the big screen.I was away one week and at my house in Bayonne NJ my landlord lived upstairs he owned a Peterbilt truck they asked him to race around the corners he said how much $ they said none he said NO. lol It did make the movies I'll have to rack my brain to remember it circa 1987 In that same neighborhood if I still lived there War Of The Worlds with Tom Cruise was filmed in fact I know the house he lived in in the movie. This scene was less than 100 ft. from where I live.DARN wished I lived there then.I've saw stars in NYC filming several times but I was just visiting.THIS isn't Hollywood it's rare to see films made here. They're filming in my area a reality cop show with our redneck police force it may make TV soon.If it does I'll let you know what's real because these cops are stinkers here.
yes george clooney in his new hawaii movie! i swear he was using the house across the street! there were always big movie trucks and stuff on the street which made it suck and hard to park because the road was pretty thin
Never saw anyone, probably could have, when M. Night Shyamalan, was filming Signs, Not far from where I lived. Course a lot of his films are filmed in or near the area of Pennsylvania that I live in.
There are a lot of TV series and TV movies made where I live, you see them quite often. Though the only Hollywood actor I can remember seeing was Tom Hanks when they filmed some of the scenes for The Da Vinci Code in Princes Street in Edinburgh.
Robert De Niro shot a few scenes of that piece of $hit movie with the serial killers that video-taped their escapades . . .'15 Minutes'. More like 2 weeks . . . His trailer was several yards longer than a blue whale lol
Sure, I was in St. Louis when they were filming Escape from New York with Kurt Russell, saw the car chase scene on the Old Route 66 Chain of rocks bridge take place after 4-takes at late evening
I saw M. Night Shylaman and some actors here in Reading, PA when they were making "The Last Airbender." They used the Pagoda here as part of their scenes. It's a very quick part of the film and a bit different but is there.
He stopped and had a drink at a local bar as well
but i would love to see <3
