Once when I was much younger... It was one of thoes apples with carmel and nuts covering it. Thankfully I found the nasty little thing before I could accidentally eat it.

I did find half of a worm once. I've always wondered what happened to the other half. All I know is that once in a while I get a strange impulse to crawl around on my belly.

eating apples off our apple tree I have found many a worm and quite a few half worms. I've often wondered how that half worm got in there.
