No. I was not in with the in crowd, but I had friends and I was good at cultivating an attitude of not caring what anybody thought of me and I thought most of the popular people were losers. I was taller than everyone until we were all in junior high school. People knew that if they tried to pick a physical fight I would fight back and it would hurt.
