No, it was just a way for the bible to simplify how humans came about
Adam and Eve did not literally exist in person (in my opinion) but they are a metaphor of how every one of us, people, come into this world as naked, innocent and unashamed. Each of us grows up with temptation and we learn morality and begin to feel shame and self-consciousness. Inevitably, since nobody is perfect, we all become sinners to some extent too.
No, (there's no genetic diversity, and their's proof of evolution)
The concept of an "adam and eve" is derived from ancient legend combined with the ancient legend of "Eden" which from all accounts is located at the bottom of the Persian Gulf.
It is extremely doubtful that there was ever an original couple named Adam and Eve
Because belly buttons are where your umbilical cord once was. Since Adam and Eve weren't "conceived" and didn't come from a woman's womb, they shouldn't HAVE belly buttons. LOL! I never noticed that before.

But on a side note, Did anyone notice that most Adam and Eve painting, they have belly buttons...think about it.
I say we are too complex to have been made from thin air in a matter of seconds.
