Or just cook the 'something' into the brownies, so that you can kill two birds with one stone. But regardless you'll need more brownies afterwards. ;)

A lot of people's cupcakes are bland and have that nasty chemical tasting frosting. Homemade is ok sometimes though..

They have a crunchier taste this way and are most healthful eaten raw. I use the eggplant slices like bread sometimes in making a sandwich.

I would happily live off cupcakes for the rest of life and I love baking them. I love the smell, the colors, the shape and the endless amounts of flavor and decoration combinations... If they weren't so unhealthy, damnit!
