Creationism or Evolution?

To be clear here:
Evolution: Life as we know it evolved into the state it is today and life is still continually evolving. This has nothing to do with the origin of life itself.
Creationism: Belief that life as we know it today has always been as it was since being created by a deity, "higher being" or something of the supernatural variety. This is not restricted to one religion.
I need a distraction and a hot-ish button answer will be perfect so please answer. I myself put my stock into evolution as I see undeniable proof of it but I won't begrudge anyone if they feel differently just as I don't some of my good friends or even my mother who all believe that a god created everything.

All evidence for evolution was planted by the Flying Spaghetti Monster in an effort to test the faith of Pastafarians. When scientific measurements such as radiocarbon dating are taken, the Flying Spaghetti Monster is there changing the results with His Noodly Appendage. Heaven includes a beer volcano and a stripper factory. Hell is similar, except that the beer is stale and the strippers have sexually transmitted diseases.
No, I'm not going to debate anybody on this. I'm too stressed from an upcoming move to debate this topic so I'm going to as politely as I can back out of any debate.
Don't push on this subject or try to shame me into a debate. I'll bite. You won't like it.
