Country VS Rock?

To tell the truth I like them both!! But if you feel depressed please leave most country songs alone!! Yeehaww

Country Music is my FAVORITE genre of Music! Believe it or not, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and I have as MUCH of a Northern Accent as Country Music Singers have a Southern Accent. 90's Country Music is my FAVORITE. Rock isn't my FAVORITE genre of Music but the 80's was my FAVORITE period for Rock/Pop Music. :)

King George Strait, Neal McCoy, Vince Gill, Joe Nichols, Alan Jackson, Tracy Lawrence, John Anderson, Clay Walker, Sammy Kershaw, Charley Pride, Grandpa Jones, Ronnie Milsap, Shane Minor, Billy Currington, Phil Vassar, Chris Young, Luke Bryan, Craig Morgan, Steve Holy, Toby Keith, George Jones, Don Williams, John Anderson, Bryan White, Collin Raye, John Michael Montgomery, Jeremy Castle, Kareem Salama, Shania Twain, Deana Carter, Patsy Cline, Lorrie Morgan, Katie Armiger, Reba McEntire, Chely Wright, Mindy McCready, Lila McCann, Lee Ann Womack, Faith Hill, Ashley Monroe, Dolly Parton, Emerson Drive, Sugarland, John and Audrey Wiggins, Brooks and Dunn, etc, are some of my FAVORITE Country Music Singers. :)

In Rock Music I'm a fan of Bruce Springsteen, John Cougar Mellencamp, Eric Carmen, Bon Jovi, Pat Benetar, etc. :)

Rock! No competition!!!

I love listening to Country Music, to me it is very soothing. When it comes to Rock & Roll I really enjoy the groups from the late 50s, 60s, and most of the 70s. Anything much later than that and it's hard for me to listen and enjoy it.

Country is not bad. Some songs are just plain sad

I really like both, but I like rock better.

i do like some country. But when I think coutry i think all they do is have a guud fun time(not true but tat is what i think), and its not always a guud time. and i think rock is were the badassedness of life comes out. And more the anything i love the wild side of life. Bad boys, loud music, Mosh pits at A7X concerts, and just flat out havin a guud fun loud time. I like to as u wud say dance with the devil:)
