I'm from Brooklyn NY and believe it or not, Country Music is my FAVORITE genre of Music. I HATE majority of Rap Music if you can call it Music. Country Music tells a story but Rap JUST discriminates.

I like all sorts of techno and I like dubstep and house music, but I also love metal and hard rock and alternative. Haha some rap I can listen to, but country...nah not my thing.

Country, though most of the new music is as bad as rap is. I like to make fun of rap/hip-hop, as well as other newer sounds, but in all seriousness, I'm amazed at how many teens and twentysomethings I've met that are more into classic music like the Beatles or Queen or the Rolling Stones, than they are today's music. That even goes for country acts, as well. I've met several who love Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings, among others.
