Corset Piercings ;Trendy or Stupid?

you guys are all idiots it isn't disgusting or disturbing its not trendy or stupid it's an art form that piercers display at body art expos to show off their talents. the corsets are not for "attention seekers" because they do not stay in, they are taken out shortly after the shows. why don't you all do some reading before you go judging things you know nothing about. this is simply a few piercings with a beautiful ribbon strung through for design. you know whats disturbing the amount of hate radiating of of artists' amazing work you should all be ashamed. read and ask questions before foaming garbage out of your douchey mouths.

They can be really sexy on girls who've got the figure to actually show them off, but I think play piercings are too expensive since you can usually only wear them for like 2 weeks tops.

Lol, you people know nothing about these kinds of piercings. They are known as a play piercing, which means they are for temporary, visual purposes only. They are worn only for an event or photoshoot, then taken out. The marks heal. I am one of the girls here, and have done another corset since then. The people who get these are strong, brave, daring individuals whom you have no room to judge. Those of you who say piercings in general are disgusting, what about ears? Are those disgusting? Many people accept ear piercing as normal, just because it's mainstream now, but reject any other piercings. You are closed-minded sheep. If you're so against ruining our God-given bodies, then stop shaving your legs/underarms/body, cutting/dyeing your hair, cutting your nails, wearing makeup, even wearing clothes. All of those things alter or cover our natural bodies. Don't be so quick to throw around judgement when you're just a follower of trends and what's considered normal, scared to break outside the box or have an original thought. Heaven forbid, you might stand out from the crowd. And wouldn't that be horrible...

That's just my personal opinion.

I like them. They're unique and customizable, though "trendy" isn't really the word I'd associate with them. Too bad they are only temporary, it's the reason I don't get one (I refuse to pay the money when it only last 2 weeks if you're pushing it). Alas, play piercings are not within my fiscal plans at this time.
