Regardless of my answer (no I don't wear them) this is no laughing matter and I take a touch of offense to it being laughed at. I have a friend who (this is graphic, don't read if you are timid) was sodomized over three dozen times by a baby sitter when he was seven, and now has permanent nerve damage and control issues that forces him to wear them.
So I take a touch of offense when something like this gets laughed at.
