Ooo, Lamb Chops. Pan seared with a butter/honey glaze served with potatoes Au gratin and some apple sauce. It has been a long time since I made them.

I'm welsh. My family eats A LOT of lamb. :)
I love it with Malt Vinegar or Mint sauce and Mashed Potatoes. oh gosh I could eat it every day ^_^

Now you made me hungry... Try onion crusted pork chops sometimes. THe crust is orange marmalade and chopped onions with the chops lightly sauteed and then covered with the glaze and roasted till golden brown. This works an firm fish as well. Learned it from a restaurant in Melbourne, Florida.
