BOTH have a stunning lack of conscience ..
a very well documented verbal diarrhea ..
and the known ability to let it flow when in public ..
Both are like toddlers in perpetual temper tantrums ..
who never learned the value of NO ..
(and make excuses all the time .. never taking any responsibility for their lack of conscience)
