  No, I think after years of being in the limelight and living in a world where on set they are treated like royalty and where everything they ask for is given to them, they become out of touch with reality and feel very entitled. I think many lose their sense or normalcy because of their wealth and being catered to. The more successful they are, the more out of touch they become unless they remove themselves from the celeb environment. It takes a very special person to not get caught up in the excess of the Hollywood lifestyle. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

  In the respect that they do many of the same things we all do. We just seem to forget that. LIke maybe Obama starts talking fast, or Romney makes a grammer mistake. etc.. because they have to poop real bad. I bet the younger group... pick at their blackheads and zit, because they do get them. They do a good job coveriing them up on their faces...go rip their shirt off and look at their backs and arms...
